MATLAB - UNDERSTANDING LAYOUT

FIRST LOOK AT MATLAB When you first open MATLAB, you will come across the main screen of the application as shown below.   Here you will notice that there are many panels arranged in an organized pattern. This arrangement of panels is called the ‘ Layout’ of Matlab. The panels include:-              1  ‘ Tool Strip’                 Toolstrip is the top most region from where we can access all the tools available in Matlab. It has three main tabs which include – ‘ HOME’ – ‘ PLOTS’ – ‘ APPS’ In the toolstrip, under environment section, there is a dropdown menu called ‘ Layout’. Matlab This section/category focuses upon a software developed by " MathWorks " called " MATLAB " MATLAB is an abbreviation of words " Mat rix Lab oratory". It is a multi purpose tool which is mainly used for numerical computing problems. Matlab is build around its own programming language called Matlab Programming Language. Matlab can be used in various fields like Applied Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, etc. In applied science, matlab can be used to solve many mathematical equations, matrices, etc. It can also help mathematical modelling of any mechanical and electrical system using its special tool called Simulink. AutoCAD This section/category of the blog will focus on the software from " Autodesk " called " AutoCAD. " AutoCAD is a commercial designing and drafting software, available on all desktop and mobile platforms. Current available version of AutoCAD is " AutoCAD 2020. " AutoCAD is a subscription based service available in many different countries. In India, AutoCAD is available at   ₹ 18,541/ year in India as on 9th February, 2020. AutoCAD also provides student copies for student who are willing to learn the software.
